Privacy Policy
How we handle the limited information involved in booking and completing an appliance repair.
Information We Collect
When you call (615) 583-1836 to book service, we record the details needed to do the job: your name, service address, phone number, appliance information, and notes about the fault and the work performed. This website itself offers no contact form, no account system, and no online payment, so browsing the site does not submit personal information to us.
How We Use It
Call and job details are used to schedule your visit, diagnose and complete the repair, provide follow-up about the same job, and keep ordinary business records. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use job details to build advertising profiles.
Sharing
We share job information only where it is needed to complete your service, for example ordering a part identified by your appliance's model number, or where the law requires disclosure. We do not share your information with marketers.
Retention and Your Choices
We keep service records for as long as they are useful for follow-up work and business accounting. You may call us to ask what contact details we hold for your address, to correct them, or to ask for their removal where retention is not required.
